TRX Bootcamp: This is a 6 week progressive strength and conditioning program solely relying on the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer. Each exercise in this camp has regressions and progressions for each level of fitness making this an ideal program for all levels of fitness including modifications for most injuries and limitations. This 6 week camp includes baseline testing and end zone testing for you can track your progress during the camp.
P90X Live: This is the famous P90X home training program transformed into a live class. This class is a full-body, strength-training format, featuring four unique blocks of work: Cardio X, Lower Strength, Upper Strength and X Core. This class has a new release every 2 months with new music and movement combinations.
